Brig is totally into cars... so for his birthday, that's what he got! This little 4-wheeler is his new favorite toy, though it didn't stop him from sneaking out of the house on it yesterday to "drive to daddy" after Tony left for work... I found him at our mailbox! For those of you who know where I live, that is pretty dang FAR for a 2 year old! (We live on 5 1/2 acres, & our mailbox is at the top of the hill at the edge of our property!)
They spent the whole morning racing cars down his new track. Brig didn't care who won. He just wanted to push the "bwutton" to make the cars "go!" Oh, this kid melts his mama's heart!

I love that! What a funny little guy. I was so dissapointed with Briley on her first birthday. I wanted her to smash her cake all over, but no she had to be so proper! Oh well maybe next year!
What a sweetheart! He really liked diving into the cake...Seth just watched the video with me and he's asking if he can do that on his next birthday...I don't know if an 8 year old should be doing that! And he keeps begging me to "go over to their house."
All of your kids are just so stinkin' cute! I miss them! I am coming up in June for my brother's wedding.. Can I come over and play? :)

Oh, I just love Man-Man! I promise I was planning on calling and leaving a "man-man, MAN-MAN" on your answering machine for his birthday, but crap, by the time my day slowed down it was 9:54 pm and I felt AWFUL about it! Make sure he rides that cute little bike up to the mailbox and look for a little card from Auntie Karmen!

How fun is that! He is a QT! Looks like a fun birthday for sure! My son is way into cars too. Every time we go to the store he wants a new Hot Wheels, it's so hard to say no sometimes since they are only a dollar, now why can't they make things for girls that cheap? You always have to spend around $5 for girls???

OK - I know this post is about your 2-yr. old boy, but I got fixed on the part that you live on 5 1/2 acres!!!! How would that be?!? Is it all lawn? - who gets to mow it? :0 My kids are sooo begging for a "big back yard." (We're stuck on...ready to feel sorry for me? - .16 acre is ALL!) I guess we'd have to move to your town to get big like you - but after all your "GREAT" things you had to say about your winter all these months...I don't know...:)

No, Suz, it isn't all grass. I don't know how much of it is grass (and we have 6 pallets of sod sitting on it as I type... waiting for us to lay it!). Most of it is just a wild field that we ride 4-wheelers on. We also have a fire pit in our ravine with stumps around it so when we finally DO get warm weather, we can go roast marshmallows at night. It is nice, but primitive! :)
