The aftermath...I just don't care to be on the computer at ALL right now. I mean, we are FINALLY warm outside, & there is no chance it heck that I'm staying indoors to blog. I've got a good 9 months of that coming again when October hits (sickening, I know...). So, this week, some of my friends and I got together & hit the beach. TWICE! HEAVEN! I swear, Bear Lake is the most relaxing & pretty lake out there. The shallow water goes FOREVER & I can literally lay there & talk to my friends without worrying a BIT about someone drowning!
Ahh, but laying out all day has it's drawbacks. The sunburn. I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with sunburns. I LOVE getting them & then I HATE peeling for the next week.
For the rest of you out there sitting in 100 degree traffice in a city... ha ha ha! This is paybacks for all the times I PRAY for a mall to be built here & you are out shopping in one! This is even-stevens for all the times you are outside in March while I'm still holed up in snow. This is my 3 months of rejuvenation! You'll all be laughing when our stupid snow hits before Halloween is even here, so for now I'm allowed to gloat! Yeah Bear Lake! I'll be back there as often as possible! It's only a 15 mile drive, & I am SO THERE! NOW, don't you all wish you were me? (That's a first for ya, huh?!?)

I could just hit you with a stick for looking so dang cute! So, with that in mind...serves 'ya right getting sunburned! JK, I love 'ya...but could 'ya at least once hang out over your pants or something? Anything? A tummy pooch..flabby arms...a double chin -give us something to make us all feel better! ahh well, I really do love 'ya!
Ok, hot mama! I cannot belive how good you look in a swim suit! (P.S. I want that swim suit) Once again, if your kids didn't look so much like you, I'd swear that you adopted them!
Ok, so I am jealous of you being at Bear Lake. Looks like FUN! I love your swimming suit. If only I looked so cute in one. Sorry about the sunburn. I got totally fried back in April when we had the first warm day of the year. Too bad Heidi's wedding was 5 days later and that's what everyone noticed first about me, my sunburned chest! NICE! Yes, you nailed it on the head! I am stuck in doors blogging because it is too dang hot to be outside! I'm so glad you get to get outside now...and you look dang good in that cute suit, Sis! And the hoop-earrings go with it great! I saw an ad for swim suits the other week that said something about ..cute enough to wear with your heels.. or something. Anyway, that's what I thought of when I saw you! FUN!

I love Bear Lake, it has been sooo long since I have been too. Glad it's warm and you get to enjoy! Way lucky it's sooo close by too.

Looks like fun! Can I come play? I miss that lake--and it is shallow forever! We need to plan another family reunion there in the next year or two.
Yea for Bear Lake! And for all of you that think Gup looks hot in her pictures, you should see her in real life! I'm with Carrie, I want to smack her for looking so dang good! BTW where is that pic Tony took ;0) You inspire me to want to eat nothing but healthy stuff, and I just asked Jen if I can join in on their work outs. Unfortunately, asking is about as far as I'll get! Where did you find that swim suit? I promise not to get the exact same one!!!

I can't even remember the last time I went to the lake my poor children don't even know it's there I'm not much of a lake person but I love to walk the ocean beach. About the crash site you can drive to it I think you start over by Beaver Mountain but I'm not for sure. I get turned around when I get back in the woods! But it was really cool!
We need to go to Bear lake! We have never been. It seems like everybody I know is going there,but ME.So let me know when we can stop by!

amen to what everyone else has said, if only i could look that good after having 5 kids! How do you do it!? I too love Bear Lake, that is the first place I have gotten some real sun this summer! Enjoy this nice weather!!
No kidding! If I looked that good in a bathing suit I'd move to Hawaii of Tahiti! I love you kiddo! I hope you enjoy your sunny days! You live in such a pretty place that I was even jealous during the winter. I suppose if I were buried in the snow for so long I'd probably be sick of it, but this winter and last winter we've been praying for snow. Luckily this winter we got our share.
Ok, I meant to say I'd move to Hawaii OR Tahiti! Love you Gup! Someday I'll actually get to see you in person!
