We had SUCH a great weekend! Brielle turned 8 years old on Sunday and we had lots of family come up to see her be baptized & support her. She was all smiles all weekend!
I wanted to post a slideshow of everything that went on ~ From the baptism to the Rock-Band-Fest to the Basketball shooting to the Birthday cake that we tried to light the candles on the burner in the kitchen at the church since we forgot matches ~ (Bishop, forgive me for that one. Or maybe if I do it a few more times, they'll release me from my Relief Society calling! :)) but I can't load my dang pictures still from my camera. Someday I'll get a new one, I swear! Until then, just know that my little Ellie-Lu was a pure ANGEL! Thanks to all who came. She has good family who traveled far, good friends who traveled not far, and good church leaders who make her feel important. Thanks all! And Brielle, don't go yelling at me again when I wake you up for school. You JUST got baptized, & these sins COUNT NOW! (hee hee)

Did Brielle have a birthday party this year, too? If so, are you gonna tell the details? I hope so, cuz last year I copied your "High Heels Musical Chairs" idea you used. (Although, we did have a small fight/crying episode over my RED stilettos!)
So, pretty much I plan on plagiarizing all your parties for my kids' parties! (I can get away with that since I live in another state!) ;)

Maybe you DON'T want to get those pictures off your camera...I know Brian had that camera for a while and if I know Brian...there's going to be a lot of pictures of my butt on there....
Oh, and the weekend was LOVELY! You always throw a great party even if everyone and their dog is staying at your house! Brielle was so dang cute and beautiful and we miss her already!

What a great weekend that was, and we were so glad we got to be a part of it all. Thanks for the great food and great fun! When we got home from BL a few days ago, Braiden found the baptism program in my purse, and walked around with it for like 20 minutes. He'd point at Brielle's picture and say "Brielle pretty" over and over again. She is a beauty!
Sounds like such a wonderful weekend! Great job, Brielle. We ended up with the flu this weekend, so doggone it all. We missed you and love you all so much!
What a special day. I can not believe how big she is getting. I love the picture you are an amazing photographer. By the way MaKayja loved having you as her sub today. She explains you as the one girl that lives up on that big hill. It took me a minute and then I said "KoriAnn", she said "um yah". KodiAnn loves you to as a sub so keep it goin girl.

I love the pictures of Brielle, she is gorgeous. We are sorry we couldnt be there, but we are glad it turned out well. We love you and miss you guys. Happy late Birthday Brielle!
